Hi! My name is Inés Hernández. I'm an interdisciplinary artist in NYC, an experimenter, and a fervent lover of raw honey. My work explores archetypal symbolism & transformation through jewelry, metalworks, collage, and printmaking.

Raw Honey Lover is a spiritual & thematic continuation of living practice: seeing reality as it is, with the wisdom to know that our individual & collective energy have the power to shape it. To know & integrate our shadow, to observe without judgment, to act on creative inspiration, and to feel our interconnectedness with all life allows us to know higher worlds, right here on earth. 

Born in the Year of the Snake, Raw Honey Jewelry opened on the Lunar New Year of 2025 as a project of playful creation, making tangible the connection between the visible & the unseen. When you wear Raw Honey Jewelry, you enter an embodied dimension I call the path to higher worlds. My hope is that you will reach for these pieces when you need a bit of extra luck, inspiration, and protection on the journey.

Archetypically, this is what jewelry provides. Worn around the neck, it protects the point at which mind, spirit, and psyche connect with the body. A pendant may cover the throat, the seat of voice and breath, or the heart, invoking courage, love, and vital life force. A ring worn around the finger is a visual representation of eternity, life cycles, and power made tangible through action. Jewelry is not just what we wear on our bodies; it is a portal through which we touch the invisible and draw its wisdom & protection unto ourselves.

Raw Honey Jewelry is handmade with materials including raw & precious crystals, fine silver, glass, vintage charms, rarities, and more. Each piece is imbued with the energy of joyful creation, and I offer it to you to make this energy your own.
